In this video we will talk about the differences between glasses and contact lenses and we will answer all your questions. Will we also talk about the prescription of contact lenses and glasses and of course with which of the two do we see better? The truth is that both solutions have many benefits and that is why it is difficult to decide which of the two is better.
Prescition glasses or contant lenses? This is an open discussion between the two sides with no clear winner; the answer has a lot to do with the needs of somebody and suits him/her the best. In any case, the correct use of contact lenses requires the use of glasses for hours when, for example, you are at home and resting. in addition, contact lenses are not suitable for those who do not like to come in close contact with their eyes and for those who are not meticulous with good hand washing and lens care because the risk of eye infections increases. So glasses are the best solution for them.
The visual quality of the glasses, if applied correctly and their lenses are clean and without scratches, is better than that of contact lenses. Of course, contact lenses also offer very good vision. Sometimes vision may be better than with glasses in patients with corneal diseases such as keratoconus or for those who have high degrees of myopia, hyperopia or astigmatism because fewer deformities are created. What do you prefer? Glasses or contact lenses? Now you can think about it and decide.
