Do you know what eye dryness is? Which are its causes?

Every time we blink our eyes, the tears moisturize our eyes while cleaning, disinfecting and protecting them from various fluff, microorganisms and bacteria that can cause infection. If your eyes do not produce enough tears, if the quality of the tears is not so good or if you spend lots of hours in front of a screen and feel discomfort such as red eyes, foreing body in your eyes (e.g. sand) and are watery then you probably have dry eyes.
