If you have heard of this condition, it is likely that you or a family member has been diagnosed with keratoconus and would definitely like to know more about it. Keratoconus is actually a disease that generally affects both eyes. Nevertheless, most of the time it is asymmetric. Thus, in some people it will be more advanced in one eye than in the other.
