Quality Policy
The Quality Policy of the Company "EMMETROPIA, ONE DAY EYE CLINIC" with a distinctive title “EMMETROPIA S.A." for the activity: "Provision of Diagnostic and Interventional Day Hospital Services in the Field of Ophthalmology." focuses:
- In providing high quality services.
- To meet the requirements of its patients and protect them from accidental risks.
- In continuous compliance with the provisions of the legislative framework that determine the operation of Ophthalmological Clinics , with particular emphasis on the provisions of the Legislation for the secure management of personal data, and the applicable standard ( ISO 9001:2015)
- In the operation of the company with the absence of discrimination within the Organization in relation to gender, color, race, age, religious and political beliefs
To achieve the above, the Management is committed to :
- To allocate all necessary resources.
- To communicate the quality policy to the company's employees and external partners, so that it can be implemented satisfactorily.
- To encourage employees and external partners to actively participate in the implementation of the Quality Management System.
- To set goals and closely monitor them during the Management Review.

The focal point of the Quality System is the Patient with ophthalmological problems who visits the Center.
The main objectives are:
- To provide the possibility of Emmetropia, i.e. perfect vision , to people facing ophthalmological problems.
- To make it known worldwide that Crete, which "gave birth" to the method of refractive laser surgery, continues to be a worldwide reference point for scientific developments, through its research project Emmetropia .
- The continuous improvement of our services and the satisfaction of the agreed requirements of our customers.
- The promotion of scientific research in the field of Ophthalmology
- The healthy maintenance and development of the activity
- The faithful adherence to the written word of the Q.S.
