Dr Aslanides has completed his requirements due to JAR FCL 3and 1, towards becoming AME 1 (Aeromedical examiner for commercial pilots and crews).
He has initially completed the basic training course in Aviation Medicine at the Greek Civil Aviation Authority and subsequently he successfully completed the advanced course in Aviation Medicine at the European School of Aviation Medicine.
Dr. Aslanides is certified by Greek Civil Aviation Authority, number 10033, as an Aeromedical Examiner to pilots and crew and as a special advisor to the Greek Civil Aviation Authority in Ophthalmology.
