The Scientific Director of Emmetropia was invited as a keynote speaker at the VisionChina 2018 Conference, presenting the future of refractive surgery along with the trends of new techniques and technologies, as well as ASLA-XTRA (All Surface Lase Ablation (ASLA) ) in combination with corneal crosslinking (CXL)).

Finally, during the Conference, Mr. Aslanides was appointed Visiting Professor at the Wenzhou University Medical University.
